Returns & Refunds

Wallpaper is often cut or printed specifically for your walls, so our returns policy is designed around that. Please read the details below before raising a request.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted on unopened, unused rolls in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in resalable condition with no signs of pasting, cutting or damage. Sale or clearance items may be excluded.

How to request a return

To start a return, contact us at info@home-fashion.in or +91 98101 16544 with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions. For damaged, defective or incorrect items we arrange a free pickup and bear the cost; for a change-of-mind return, the return delivery charge is borne by you. Please do not send items back before your request is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, after which your bank may take a little longer to reflect it. We do not charge a restocking fee; any return delivery charge for a change-of-mind return will be shown before the refund is processed.

Non-returnable items

These cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom, bespoke and made-to-order wallpapers.
  • Cut-to-size rolls and any product that has been cut, pasted or installed.
  • Clearance items, where marked.

Slight variation in shade or texture between screen and product, or between batches, is normal and is not considered a defect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we will make it right. See our shipping page for how to report transit damage, and reach out to us promptly with photos and your order number.
