We want your wallpaper to reach you safely and on time. Here is how we handle dispatch, delivery and anything that goes wrong in transit.
Where we deliver
We ship across India through trusted logistics partners. For customers in and around Delhi, you are also welcome to collect your order or view the range in person at our Daryaganj showroom.
Timelines
Ready-stock wallpapers are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location; remote and North-East addresses may take a little longer. Custom and made-to-order designs require additional production time of 5–7 business days after your design and measurements are signed off, which we confirm when you place the order.
Charges
Standard delivery is free across India on all orders, with express delivery available at extra cost. Any applicable charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Installation, where booked, is charged separately from delivery.
Damaged in transit
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything appears damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the packaging and product, and an unboxing video where possible. We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution for genuine transit damage as quickly as possible.
